Navigating the Construction Job Market in 2026: What Candidates and Clients Should Know

Navigating the Construction Job Market in 2026: What Candidates and Clients Should Know
As we move further into 2026, the construction industry continues to evolve at pace. From ongoing skills shortages to changing project demands, both candidates and employers are having to adapt quickly. At FBR Recruitment, we’re seeing some clear trends emerge, and understanding them can make all the difference when it comes to securing the right role or the right people.

The Skills Shortage Isn’t Going Away

One of the biggest challenges facing the industry remains the lack of skilled professionals across key trades and technical roles. Site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and experienced tradespeople continue to be in high demand, particularly on long-term and specialist projects.

For candidates, this means opportunity. Those with the right experience, qualifications and attitude are in a strong position to negotiate competitive packages and secure consistent work. For clients, it reinforces the importance of moving quickly and partnering with a recruitment agency that already has access to reliable talent.

What Candidates Are Looking for in 2026

We’re seeing a shift in candidate priorities. While pay remains important, many professionals are also placing greater value on:

  • Job security and long-term projects.
  • Clear progression opportunities.
  • Supportive site teams and strong leadership.
  • Work-life balance where possible.

Candidates who communicate their goals clearly are more likely to be matched with roles that truly suit them, not just in the short term, but for their wider career.

How Employers Can Stand Out

With competition for skilled workers high, employers need to think beyond simply filling a vacancy. Clear job descriptions, realistic timelines and good communication all go a long way. Projects that offer stability, good site culture and clear expectations are far more attractive to today’s workforce.

At FBR, we work closely with our clients to understand not just the role, but the team, the site environment and the long-term vision, ensuring a better fit for everyone involved.

The Value of a Specialist Recruitment Partner

Construction recruitment isn’t just about CVs. It’s about relationships, industry knowledge and trust. Our team takes the time to get to know both candidates and clients, allowing us to make informed placements that benefit all parties.

As the industry continues to change, having a recruitment partner who understands the market and can adapt quickly is more important than ever.

Looking Ahead

2026 is shaping up to be another busy year for construction. Whether you’re a candidate considering your next move or a client planning ahead for upcoming projects, preparation is key. If you’d like to discuss current opportunities or future workforce planning, the FBR Recruitment team is always here to help.

9 years of FBR Recruitment.

Building a strong team - FBR Recruitment
This year marks a proud milestone for FBR Recruitment as we celebrate 9 years in business. What began as a small venture set up by Tom Flood, Richard Barnes, and Mark Ritchie has grown into a trusted recruitment business built on strong values, long-term relationships, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

Why FBR Recruitment Exists: Our Mission & Values

FBR Recruitment was founded with a clear purpose: to create a better recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. From the outset, the business set out to move away from the transactional, volume-led approach that often dominates the industry, replacing it with a service built on honesty, personal relationships, and quality over quantity.

Recruitment should be about people, not numbers. At FBR, we take the time to understand our clients’ businesses and our candidates’ goals, ensuring every placement is made with long-term success in mind. Nine years on, what hasn’t changed is our commitment to integrity, transparency, and delivering a service people can trust.

How the Business Has Evolved

While our core values have remained the same, FBR Recruitment has continued to evolve and strengthen its offering. A key part of this evolution has been the development of a sector-specialist consultant model, ensuring that every consultant focuses on a defined area of the industry rather than working across multiple markets.

Each of our consultants now specialises in their own sector, building in-depth market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a clear understanding of the specific challenges faced by both clients and candidates. This allows us to deliver a far more informed, tailored, and effective recruitment service.

We are proud to specialise within the construction industry, with dedicated consultants recruiting across:

  • Trades and Labour
  • Residential Developers
  • Main Contractors
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical and Electrical
  • Health and Safety

This specialist structure enables us to stay close to each market, provide accurate advice, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Building a Strong Team

Building a strong team - FBR Recruitment
A major part of FBR Recruitment’s success has been the people behind the business. Over the years, we’ve grown our team and welcomed 12 exceptional employees, each bringing expertise and dedication to their specialist areas. Together, they have helped build the strong, collaborative, and knowledgeable team we are proud of today.

Giving Back to the Community

Giving back has become an important part of who we are. Two years ago, we launched our charity initiatives, and since then we have raised an impressive £7,765 through Charity of the Year fundraising, Wear It Pink days, Christmas Jumper days, and support for a variety of worthwhile causes. These initiatives reflect our belief that success should also be measured by the positive impact we make beyond the workplace.

Thank You to Our Clients and Candidates

We would not be celebrating this milestone without the continued trust and support of our clients and candidates. Your partnerships, loyalty, and recommendations have played a vital role in our journey, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to work with FBR Recruitment over the past nine years.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate 9 years of FBR Recruitment, we’re proud of how far we’ve come, from a business founded by three people with a shared vision, to a specialist recruitment business known for its expertise, integrity, and people-first approach. As we look ahead, we remain focused on growth, strengthening our specialist divisions, maintaining high standards, and continuing to make a positive difference. Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to the next chapter of FBR Recruitment.

2025 Review: A Year of Growth, Achievement & Community

2025 Review: A Year of Growth, Achievement & Community
As we reach the end of another successful year, December is the perfect moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved throughout 2025. It’s been a year filled with growth, community involvement, brilliant team milestones, and strengthened partnerships across the construction industry. Here’s a look back at what has made this year so memorable for FBR Recruitment.

Supporting Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance – Our Charity of the Year

One of our proudest achievements in 2025 has been partnering with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance as our Charity of the Year. We set out with a fundraising target of £4,000, but thanks to the amazing efforts of our team and supporters, we exceeded this goal, raising an incredible £4,973 so far.

Our fundraising highlights included:

  • Our first ever Charity Golf Day, which was a huge success.
  • A team 18km walk from Hengistbury Head to Bournemouth Pier and back.
  • Monthly bake-offs and our competitive pool tournament.
  • Our director, Tom completing both the New Forest Marathon and the Bournemouth Marathon, with two more planned next year in Cyprus and Santa Pola.
  • The team signing up for an 8km trail run around Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

We’re incredibly proud of the dedication shown by everyone involved and grateful to those who donated and supported us throughout the year.

Welcoming New Faces to the FBR Team

This year we were delighted to welcome three fantastic new team members who have each made a brilliant impact:

  • Tiffany Kinsey, Recruitment Consultant for Housing Developers
  • Sam Blythin, Recruitment Consultant for Main Contracting
  • Kinga Kot, Resource Consultant

They’ve all settled in seamlessly, adding fresh energy, expertise, and passion to the team. We’re excited to see their continued growth in 2026.

Recognition at the REC Awards

A standout highlight of 2025 was being shortlisted for “Best Company to Work For – Under 20 Employees” at the REC Awards. We had a fantastic team night in London celebrating the achievement and recognising the hard work that goes on behind the scenes every day.

This shortlist is a testament to our culture, team spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Strengthening Relationships with Clients & Candidates

Throughout the year, we have continued to deepen our relationships across the construction industry. We’ve placed many candidates in roles perfectly suited to their skills and aspirations and supported numerous sites and clients with reliable, high-quality skilled workers. Visiting client sites has helped us better understand project needs and requirements, allowing us to provide tailored recruitment solutions for niche roles. We also offer ongoing support for candidates’ post-placement, from training advice to career guidance and performance check-ins.

We’re grateful for the trust placed in us and look forward to further strengthening these partnerships in 2026. Our commitment remains the same: to deliver honest, reliable, and effective recruitment solutions for every role.

Growing Our Online Presence & Industry Insights

Our social media channels have been busier than ever this year. We’ve shared:

  • Industry updates and FBR business insights
  • Consultant spotlight months, including sector-specific infographics
  • Video interviews and Q&As
  • Job role tips and guidance

These initiatives have helped clients and candidates gain a clearer understanding of who we are, how our consultants work, and the value we bring to the recruitment process.

Celebrating Milestones & Supporting Our Team

At FBR, our people are at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, we have:

  • Celebrated employee milestones, anniversaries, and birthdays
  • Supported learning, development, and upskilling across the team
  • Hosted our first FBR Family & Friends BBQ, bringing everyone together for a day of fun, connection, and celebrating our achievements

Building a strong internal culture continues to be one of our top priorities and 2025 has been a brilliant example of what we can achieve together.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, we’re excited to continue working with both new and longstanding partners across the construction industry. Whether you’re looking for work, planning your next hire, or want to discuss your recruitment strategy for the year ahead, we’re here to help.

We’d be happy to visit your site, arrange a meeting, or simply have a conversation about how we can support you. Here’s to another successful year, bring on 2026!

Top Construction Trends Heading into 2026

Top Construction Trends Heading into 2026
As we approach 2026, the UK construction industry is finely balanced between opportunity and challenge. With changing regulations, rising expectations for sustainability, labour pressures, and accelerating technological innovation, firms that anticipate and adapt will gain a competitive edge.

Here are the key trends shaping construction next year.

1. Modest Growth, But Uneven

  • Total construction output in the UK is forecast to rise by 3.7% in 2026 following lower growth in 2025.
  • The growth won’t be uniform across sectors: private housing (especially new builds), housing repair, maintenance & improvement (RM&I), and infrastructure are set to lead.
  • Public non-residential and industrial sectors are forecasted to improve, though growth rates are more modest.

Why it matters: Companies need to choose their focus wisely, aligning with sectors that are expanding rather than over-investing in stagnant ones.

2. Sustainability & Net Zero Driving Material Choice & Design

  • There’s increasing pressure from government regulation, clients, and investors for buildings to meet higher sustainability standards: energy efficiency, low carbon emissions, and greener materials.
  • Sustainable / low-carbon materials like engineered timber, recycled steel, and alternative concretes are becoming more common. Modular and prefabricated methods often enable better efficiencies and less waste.
  • Retrofitting existing buildings (updating insulation, changing heating systems, improving glazing) is growing as an important trend, it can deliver carbon reduction without the environmental cost of new builds.

3. Shift Towards Off-Site Construction & Modern Methods

  • Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), modular build, and off-site techniques are being used more to speed up delivery, reduce onsite labour, better manage quality, and reduce waste.
  • These methods also help with supply chain issues and reduce disruptions from weather or site constraints.

4. Digital Transformation: AI, BIM, and Beyond

  • Building Information Modelling (BIM) continues to deepen its role. More clients (and regulators) expect Level 2+ BIM as standard, and digital twins are increasingly used for planning, monitoring, and maintenance forecasting.
  • AI, machine learning, and analytics are being adopted for better decision making, cost estimation, safety risk prediction, optimising design and supply chains.
  • Other technologies like drones (for site surveillance, inspections), VR/AR (for design visualisation, stakeholder engagement) are becoming more mainstream.

5. Labour & Skills Challenges

  • The workforce shortage continues to be one of the industry’s biggest headwinds. There are tens of thousands of vacancies and a demographic gap as many experienced workers approach retirement.
  • Apprenticeship uptake is not keeping pace with demand. Alongside recruitment, upskilling and reskilling (especially in digital skills, MMC, sustainability) are critical.
  • Firms with good workforce strategies, flexible work, diversity, better safety and wellbeing are likely to win out.

6. Regulatory & Cost Pressures

  • Regulatory compliance is getting more complex through energy performance, building safety, environmental impact and planning delays. Firms must build in extra headroom for time and cost.
  • Building materials and labour costs are forecast to rise (some estimates see materials like timber, insulation, steel going up significantly through to 2030).
  • Inflation, supply chain constraints, and higher borrowing / financing costs will all squeeze margins.

7. The Rise of Infrastructure & Data Centres

  • There is strong public and private sector investment in infrastructure (roads, bridges, utilities) and in digital infrastructure (data centres), driven by demands for connectivity, cloud services, AI, etc.
  • These projects often have high barriers to entry but offer stable returns and long-term contracts. Good opportunities for firms that can meet regulatory, technical, and environmental demands.

1. Invest in Skills & Training. Upskill staff in digital tools, MMC, sustainable materials. Build better apprenticeship pipelines.
2. Adopt Digital & Collaborative Tools Early. Firms that are slow to adapt to BIM, digital twin, AI risk being left behind or delivering less efficiently.
3. Think Strategically About Material Costs & Suppliers. Lock in suppliers early, seek local/low-carbon sources, consider the full lifecycle cost, not just upfront.
4. Focus on Retrofitting & Refurbishment. Especially in regions with older building stock; these projects often have better regulatory & financial support, and carry sustainability benefits.
5. Stay Ahead of Regulatory Change. Track upcoming building safety, environmental, tax, and planning reforms. Incorporate contingencies into planning and contracts.
6. Diversify Sector Exposure. If you currently rely only on residential new builds, it may make sense to also consider RM&I, infrastructure, digital infrastructure etc., to stabilise cashflow and mitigate risk.

Conclusion

Heading into 2026, the construction sector is evolving fast. Firms that blend sustainability, digital innovation, efficient building methods, resilient supply chains, and a skilled workforce will be best placed to thrive.

Tips for Securing a Job in Trades and Labour by FBR Recruitment AgencyThe construction industry is full of opportunity, if you’re willing to put the work in. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for your next placement, knowing how to stand out in a competitive trades and labour market can make all the difference.

At FBR, we place candidates into a wide range of roles across the UK construction industry every day. From general labourers to highly skilled tradespeople and site managers, we’ve seen first-hand what it takes to get hired, and keep getting hired.

Here are our top tips for securing your next job in trades and labour, and making a lasting impression on site:

1. Be Specific

One of the most common mistakes we see is candidates applying without clearly stating what they’re looking for. The more specific you are, the easier it is for recruiters and site managers to place you quickly and accurately.

When calling or applying, be clear about:

  • The exact role you’re looking for.
  • Your recent experience and relevant qualifications.
  • Your availability to start.
  • Your preferred locations.
  • Whether you have your own transport.
  • Your expectations around pay and shifts.

This not only shows that you’re serious and prepared, it also helps us match you with jobs that suit your skills, preferences, and goals.

2. Be Prepared

Turning up to site properly equipped is an easy win that many overlook. It signals professionalism and a proactive mindset, two qualities that site managers love to see.

What you should have ready:

  • Basic PPE: safety boots, gloves, high-vis vest, hard hat.
  • Photo ID (passport or driving licence).
  • CSCS card (if the job requires it).
  • Your own tools if applying for skilled trades (carpenter, painter, etc.).
  • Right to work documentation, if applicable.

Having everything ready means fewer delays, smoother onboarding, and more chances of being offered repeat work.

3. Be Reliable

This one sounds simple, but it’s vital. Reliability is one of the top qualities’ employers look for in trades and labour roles. If you say you’ll turn up, show up. If you say you can do the work, deliver.

What reliability looks like:

  • Turning up on time (or early!).
  • Following site instructions.
  • Being respectful to supervisors and other workers.
  • Taking pride in your work.
  • Completing tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Notifying your recruiter or employer in advance if you can’t make it.

Build a reputation as someone dependable, and you’ll never be short of opportunities.

4. Be Proactive

Get your paperwork in order before you start applying. Having strong references ready to go will set you apart and speed up the hiring process.

Tips on references:

  • Choose referees who can vouch for your work on-site (former employers, supervisors, or team leads).
  • Always check with them first so they’re expecting a call.
  • Make sure their contact details are up-to-date.
  • Let them know which roles you’re applying for, so they can tailor their feedback if needed.

Bonus tip: Have an up-to-date CV ready to send when applying, especially for longer-term or specialist roles. We’re happy to help you with this if needed!

5. Understand the Roles Available

At FBR, we’re currently recruiting for a wide range of trades and labour roles. Whether you’re looking for short-term, long-term, or freelance work, we have opportunities to match your skills and experience.

Here are just some of the roles we’re hiring for right now:

  • CSCS Skilled Labourer.

  • CSCS Painter & Decorator.

FBR's Charity of the Year 2025 is the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

FBR's Charity of the Year 2025 is the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air AmbulanceAt FBR Recruitment, we believe in supporting causes that make a real difference. This year, we’re thrilled to announce that our Charity of the Year is the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. So, why did we choose them?

Why We Chose Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance

  1. Safety and Emergency Response
Safety is paramount, especially in industries like construction, where risks are a constant consideration. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is a vital resource in providing emergency care and fast medical transport for those in critical situations. With construction workers and the wider community in mind, partnering with a service that directly impacts emergency preparedness and response aligns perfectly with our own values of safety and care.
  2. Local Impact
We are proud to operate in the heart of Hampshire and supporting a local charity with a regional focus is an important way we can give back to the communities we serve. The air ambulance is there when people need it most, and by supporting them, we’re helping ensure that this life-saving service remains available to residents and workers across our area.
  3. Employee Engagement
Our team is eager to get involved in charitable initiatives as much as possible, and we’re excited to collaborate with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. They’ve been incredibly enthusiastic about working with us and have visited several times to engage with our staff and help plan events. We have a CPR training session scheduled for March, where our employees will learn valuable lifesaving skills. We’re also planning a visit to their airbase to gain a better understanding of their work, meet the team, and see the process in action. We’re truly grateful for these opportunities and believe they will not only enhance our connection with this fantastic charity but also strengthen our fundraising efforts.

Our Fundraising Plan for the Year
To help raise as much as we can for this incredible charity, we’ve got a range of exciting events and initiatives lined up throughout the year:

  • Charity Golf Day
We’re kicking things off with the first FBR charity golf day, packed with games like Beat the Pro, Win the Wheelbarrow, a Prize Auction and the HIOWAA will even be bringing along their own helicopter stimulator. It’s sure to be a great day out, with plenty of opportunities to have fun while supporting a fantastic cause!
  • Charity Race Day at Thruxton
In September, we’ll be back for another Charity Race Day at Thruxton! It’s always a thrilling event, and this year, we’ll be adding something extra special, a tour of the airbase! Since the air ambulance service is so close to us, this is the perfect chance to learn more about the incredible work they do and see the operations up close.
  • Employee Challenges and Office Initiatives
Our team is going all in, taking on their own challenges and participating in a variety of office initiatives throughout the year. From sponsored events to friendly competitions, everyone is eager to do their bit for the cause.
  • Full Team Walk
One of the most exciting initiatives is our Full Team Walk, where we’ll be stepping out together to support the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. It’s going to be a great way to build team spirit while raising money for a life-saving cause.

Our Fundraising Goal: £4000 and Beyond
Last year, with our previous Charity of the Year, Abby’s Heroes, we smashed our goal of £2500, raising an incredible amount for their worthy cause. This year, we’re aiming higher with a fundraising goal of £4000 for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. We’re passionate about raising even more in the years to come, and we’re excited to see how much we can achieve together as a team and give back to causes that need it.

How You Can Help
If you’d like to contribute or get involved in any of our upcoming events, we’d love to hear from you. Every donation counts, and we’re committed to making this our most successful fundraising year yet. Feel free to get in touch with us at 023 8033 2438 or email for more information on how you can support the cause or donate through our JustGiving page linked below:

As this vital service is entirely publicly funded, we are driven to raise as much as possible to ensure they can continue their life-saving work and provide critical care to those who need it most. Luke - Mechanical & Electrical Division, FBR Recruitment.

Spotlight on Luke Wing: Expertise in FBR’s Mechanical & Electrical Sector This month, we shone a spotlight on our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) consultant, Luke Wing, and the incredible work he does in this vital sector of construction.

Meet Luke Wing

Luke brings a wealth of experience to FBR, with 15 years in recruitment and hands-on mechanical expertise across commercial and residential projects. As the driving force behind FBR’s Mechanical & Electrical division, Luke connects skilled candidates with some of the UK’s most significant projects.

We kicked off the month with an introduction to Luke, highlighting his journey, expertise, and the type of content we’d share throughout the focus month. From on-site candidate recognition to showcasing industry achievements, we aimed to demonstrate the vital role Luke and the M&E sector play in the construction world.

Recognising Excellence

One of the standout moments was Luke’s visit to one of his operatives on-site to present a recognition award. This operative received glowing feedback from the client:

I contacted Luke to highlight an exemplary performance by a particular operative on my site. He goes above and beyond daily, using his own initiative and communicating effectively with colleagues and senior management. He is fully committed to health and safety on site. I am aware he has worked on other sites, covering days, nights, and weekends when required. This sentiment could be echoed by a number of MEP trades on site from Luke, which is a credit to him and the FBR business. Luke is our first call for all future labour requirements.

This moment truly captured the essence of Luke’s dedication to placing top talent and supporting both clients and candidates.

The Haunted Hiring Process: Don’t Let Ghosting Haunt Your Recruitment Efforts!

Ah, Halloween – the time for all things spooky. But while we can handle skeletons, witches, and the odd pumpkin spice obsession, there’s one thing that truly sends a chill down our spines in the recruitment world: ghosting.

No, we’re not talking about actual ghosts (though, with some of the spooky construction sites we’ve heard about, we wouldn’t be surprised). We’re talking about recruitment ghosting—that dreaded moment when a candidate vanishes into thin air, or even worse, when a recruiter or client drops off the face of the Earth, leaving a hopeful job seeker in limbo.

At FBR Recruitment, we believe ghosting belongs in haunted houses, not in recruitment. So, let’s take a look at the horrors of ghosting and, more importantly, why you’ll never get spooked by us.

The Phantom Candidate

Picture this: You’ve got a brilliant candidate lined up. They’ve interviewed, they’re perfect for the job, and then… poof! No calls, no emails—nothing but the sound of crickets.
Sure, life happens—things change, and sometimes a role isn’t right for someone. But disappearing without a word? Now that’s just scary.

Ghosted by Clients

Let’s not forget the other side of the coin: when candidates get ghosted by clients. You’ve had a great interview, and you’re eagerly awaiting feedback. Days turn into weeks, and you start to feel like you’re chasing after a shadow. “Did they even receive my application? Am I still in the running? Is this how it ends?”
Cue the spooky music. Candidates might feel like they’re wandering through a fog, trying to figure out where things went wrong. But here’s the thing—it’s not you. At FBR, we make sure you’re never left in the dark. Whether it’s good news or not, you’ll always hear from us. No one likes a cliffhanger, especially when it comes to their career.

The Spooky Disappearing Offer

Imagine this—you’ve gone through multiple rounds of interviews, received a verbal offer, and you’re on cloud nine. Then suddenly… silence. No formal offer letter, no follow-up calls, just radio silence. Days turn into weeks, and the excitement you once felt slowly turns to confusion and doubt. What happened to the job? Did it disappear like a puff of smoke?
This kind of ghosting is particularly frustrating for candidates who’ve emotionally committed to a role, even started making life changes in preparation for the new job. While we can’t always control what happens on the client side, at FBR we believe in keeping candidates informed. If there’s a change in the process or the position gets pulled, you’ll hear from us. And if things don’t go as planned, we’ll support you as much as possible to find something else that’s a great fit. We won’t leave you in the dark wondering what went wrong.

The Gory Details: Why Recruiters Should Never Ghost

Recruitment is about building relationships, and ghosting destroys trust. Imagine applying for a job, getting your hopes up, and then… nothing. It’s frustrating, it’s unprofessional, and frankly, it’s something we think should be buried six feet under.
At FBR, we pride ourselves on staying in touch—whether it’s good news, bad news, or just an update. We won’t leave you hanging in a creepy corridor wondering what went wrong. Transparency and communication are the anti-ghosting spells we cast every day.

How We Keep the Ghosts Away

We believe in keeping the process as human as possible, here’s how we do it:

  1. Communication at Every Step – Whether you’re a candidate or a client, we’ll always keep you in the loop. Waiting to hear back? We’ll let you know where things stand, even if it’s “no news yet.”
  2. Real Feedback – We know feedback is crucial, even when it’s constructive. We’re not afraid to have those conversations that some might shy away from.
  3. No Vanishing Acts – If you’ve applied through us, you’ll always get a response. Even if the fit isn’t right, we’ll let you know and keep you in mind for future roles.

Final Thoughts: No Ghosts Here

So, as the nights get darker and Halloween approaches, remember: FBR Recruitment is here to guide you through the process, no tricks, just treats. Ghosting might be good for a scary movie, but it has no place in the world of construction recruitment.

Happy Halloween from all of us at FBR Recruitment.
