Meet Luke Wing
Luke brings a wealth of experience to FBR, with 15 years in recruitment and hands-on mechanical expertise across commercial and residential projects. As the driving force behind FBR’s Mechanical & Electrical division, Luke connects skilled candidates with some of the UK’s most significant projects.
We kicked off the month with an introduction to Luke, highlighting his journey, expertise, and the type of content we’d share throughout the focus month. From on-site candidate recognition to showcasing industry achievements, we aimed to demonstrate the vital role Luke and the M&E sector play in the construction world.

One of the standout moments was Luke’s visit to one of his operatives on-site to present a recognition award. This operative received glowing feedback from the client:

He goes above and beyond daily, using his own initiative and communicating effectively with colleagues and senior management. He is fully committed to health and safety on site.
