Job Description
Site Manager Housing Required. FBR Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a house builder for a site in Dorset. They now seek a site manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The role is to start March 2026 and the salary will be discussed and will include a package.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing trades.
- Managing programmes.
- Working closely with an assistant.
- Ensuring everything is to budget.
- Chairing internal and external meetings.
- Completions and CML’s.
- Snagging.
- Toolbox/induction talks.
- Ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site.
You must have a proven record of working successfully on previous housing developers. They are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, who is a strong leader, good communication skills and IT proficient. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date to be considered for this role. You must be proactive, hardworking, a problem solver and somebody who is out on site pushing it along. They want somebody who takes pride in what they build and who wants a long-term career of progression.
