Job Description
Recruitment Resourcer Required. FBR Construction Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your recruitment career with a leading company offering a supportive and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all recruitment needs are met.
- Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, with a positive attitude towards learning and development.
