Job Description
Assistant Site Manager Required. I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national house builder who have an incredible reputation within the new build residential sector. They are known for winning many awards due to their quality, and this would be a fantastic opportunity. They now require an assistant site manager to join the team on a permanent basis, ideally starting asap, on a new site based near Ringwood. The range of salary DOE expected is between £45k-£52k p/a + car/allowance + package. You will be employed on a permanent basis to be an assistant site manager. You will work alongside the senior site manager and the project manager.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing trades.
- Assisting the site manager where needed.
- Meetings.
- CML’s.
- Maintaining Health and Safety.
- Snagging.
- New home tours.
- Materials.
- Orders.
- Keeping to budget.
- Keeping to programme.
- Ensuring the quality of homes are kept to this already prestigious reputation.
Requirements:
They are looking for a hungry, upcoming assistant site manager who has experience within the new build residential sector. Ideally somebody with a minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid to be considered. You need to be proactive on site, keen to learn and develop, have excellent communication skills and be prepared to go the extra mile for the team.
