Job Description
Our client, a privately owned residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team to help with their growth plans.
Required Skills:
- Coordinating design with external consultants.
- Dealing with design issues.
- Working on detailed design on planning applications.
- Work closely with site teams to make sure design is maintained.
- Work with planning and construction team on planning applications.
- Work on projects that are live on site as well as projects that are in the pre-construction stage.
- Dealing with any issues from the Planning department, engineers and Architects.
- Practical understanding and use of AutoCAD.
- Liaising between contractors.
- Strong understanding of the legal side ie Section agreements.
- Reporting to Technical manager.
