Job Description
Plumber Required. FBR Recruitment is currently seeking 2 experienced Plumbers for a commercial project in Newbury (RG14 1AA).
Project Details:
- Building Type: Commercial – 6 units to complete.
- Works: 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Pipework: Copper soldered and copper Maypress up to 3 inch.
- Location: Newbury, RG14 1AA.
- Start Date: Early to mid-April.
- Duration: 9 months to 1 year.
- Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm.
- Paid Hours: 8.5 hours paid per day.
- Rate: £27.00 per hour.
- Weekends: Not available.
- Parking: Free onsite parking available.
Requirements:
- Valid JIB Plumbing Card (essential).
- IPAF (beneficial but not essential).
- Experience with commercial 1st and 2nd fix installations.
- Experience with copper soldered and Maypress systems.
This is a long-term opportunity on a steady commercial development with consistent hours and paid onsite time.
