Job Description
CPCS 360 Operator Required. FBR Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced and qualified 360 Machine Drivers to join a large-scale Water Treatment Works (WTW) project in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a major infrastructure scheme within the water and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy water treatment works site.
- Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling works.
- Assisting with drainage, ducting, and pipe installation.
- Working around live services and within confined or restricted areas.
- Supporting groundwork teams on civil engineering operations.
- Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
- Adhering to strict health & safety procedures and site regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card or NPORS Card with CPCS hologram.
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or water treatment projects.
- Strong understanding of site safety, especially within utilities and infrastructure environments.
- Experience working on Water Treatment Works, Sewage Treatment Works, or similar projects preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions.
- Full PPE required.
Desirable:
- Lifting Ops / Above & Below 10T endorsement.
- Confined space awareness.
- Experience in utilities, drainage, or pipeline installation.
Project Details:
- Large-scale Water Treatment Works project.
- Long-term contract (18 months).
