Job Description
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Required. FBR Construction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Whiteley. This role will offer full training, personal development and the opportunity to build a successful career within the Recruitment Industry. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, ambitious, have excellent communication skills, a hunger to be successful, the ability to work under pressure and who can work to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and sourcing candidates.
- Meeting with various clients.
- Managing your clients recruitment requirements and expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and candidates.
Experience:
- Previous sales experience essential.
- Working with high volume work loads and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Can – Do – Attitude with a desire to win!.
- Full driving license.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission.
- 23 days holiday per year plus in between Christmas and New Year off.
