Tom began his recruitment career in 2002 as a trainee recruiter, specialising in Housing Developers. He has been a team leader, managing consultant, branch manager and Director over the past nearly twenty years.

He currently recruits for a select client base across the south coast and still has the same passion for recruitment after all this time!
