Job Description
Experienced Plumber Required. FBR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plumber for a 3-month temporary contract, with opportunity to change to permanent, working on void military housing properties. This role involves a mix of refurbishment, maintenance, and repair work, delivering high-quality standards across a range of local sites.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurb tasks on void properties.
- Install, diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Work independently across various local military housing sites.
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber (maintenance/voids/refurb experience desirable).
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.
- Must do a DBS check.
