Job Description
Multi-Trader Required. FBR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader for 3 months, opportunity for a permanent job , working across a range of housing properties carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You’ll be working across multiple local locations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs.
- Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site.
- Work independently to a high-quality standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative.
- Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc).
- CSCS card desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work alone and manage your own workload.
- Must do a DBS check.
