Job Description
CPCS 360 Excavator Operator Required. FBR Construction Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced CPCS 360 Excavator Operator to join a major long-term construction programme near Fordingbridge. This role offers excellent continuity of work, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a high-profile infrastructure project.
Role & Responsibilities
As a 360 Excavator Operator, your duties will include:
- Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently up to required tonnage.
- Excavation for drainage, foundations, ducting, and utilities.
- Assisting with bulk earthworks and trenching operations.
- Supporting groundworks and civils teams as needed.
- Loading and offloading materials.
- Working around live services and within a controlled water industry environment.
- Daily machine checks, maintenance, and reporting defects.
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Blue 360 Excavator Card.
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering projects.
- Experience on water treatment or utilities sites is advantageous.
- Ability to work safely in a high-risk environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Start Date: 15/01/2026
