Job Description
FBR have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a successful, growing company based in Park Gate, Fareham, Hampshire.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provides general administration for the Technical and Commercial Department.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers and external suppliers.
- Liaise with the Head of Technical to understand all necessary aspects and needs for operational development
- Report to the Head of Technical timely and accurate reporting as requested by him/her, either on a regular or ad hoc basis
- Be personally responsible for own personal continuous professional development, ensuring that he/she remains fully skilled and trained and effective in the post.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- Previous administration experience
- Understanding of a file management system.
- Effective communication, presentation and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works collaboratively with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve issues effectively.
- Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Drive effective collaborative relationships with colleagues in other departments.
- Promote engagement and collaboration across own projects.
- Proficient IT skills in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
This is a full-time, Permanent position.
- Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
