Job Description

FBR Construction Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading regional housing developer to recruit 2 experienced Site Managers for a new residential development in Hampshire.  This is a new site that is split into two, 100 and 60 units. this offers an opportunity for the a Site Manager to have a fresh start on site and run it from beginning to end.

Working with an Assistant Site Manager the Site Managers will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the site and responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Setting out build programmes
  • Ensuring H&S on site is adhered to
  • Organising trades
  • Site inductions
  • Overseeing junior members of site staff
  • Following NHBC guidelines
  • Updating Contracts Managers on progress
  • Liaising with home owners and housing association representatives

Candidates will ideally be from a similar background and have worked on traditional build and timber frame housing sites.  Experience with a national housing developer would be highly advantageous for this role.

The developer is offering a competitive package including generous salary and bonus scheme for qualified applicants. Candidates will need to hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
