Job Description
FBR are recruiting for a new build housing Site Manager on behalf of a client for a current project in Oxfordshire. The client is a respected developer that produce quality private and social housing homes.
The Site Manager will be responsible for running a development of up to 100 plots including both private and social housing flats and houses. The site has a complex layout and requires an experienced manager who has worked on volume housing sites. Applicants will need to have a proven track record of delivering results in both numbers and quality.
Applicants will need to have the below to be considered for this position:
– New build housing experience
– Managed multiple sub-contractors
– Experience in a similar role with a national developer ideal
– Previous experience on 50+ unit sites
**All applicants must have valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications**
