Job Description
Senior Site Manager Required. I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national 5 star house builder from their Southern region. They are in a very strong position considering the recent market, and have new phases and sites due to start throughout 2025. They now seek a senior site manager to join the business on a full time basis. This particular site will be based near Stalbridge, Dorset.
The role is to start January 2025 and you will be employed as a senior site manager on a permanent basis. The salary range on offer is between £70,000-£80,000 p/a + package + bonus DOE.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing trades.
- Managing programmes.
- Working closely with an assistant.
- Ensuring everything is to budget.
- Chairing internal and external meetings.
- Completions and CML’s.
- Snagging.
- Toolbox/induction talks.
- Ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site.
Requirements:
You must have a proven record of working successfully on large volume sites with other house developers. They are looking for somebody with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, who is a strong leader, good communication skills and IT proficient. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date to be considered for this role. You must be proactive, hardworking, a problem solver and somebody who is out on site pushing it along. They want somebody who takes pride in what they build and who wants a long term career of progression.
