Job Description
FBR Construction Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading national housing developer to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager for a housing development in Surrey.
Working with an Assistant Site Manager the SSM will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the site and responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- setting out build programmes
- ensuring H&S on site is adhered to
- organising trades
- tool box talks
- site inductions
- overseeing junior members of site staff
- following NHBC guidelines
Candidates will ideally be from a similar background and have worked on traditional build and timber frame housing sites. Experience with a national housing developer would be highly advantageous for this role.
The developer is offering a competitive package including generous salary and bonus scheme for qualified applicants. Candidates will need to hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
