We are working with a fantastic client based in Southampton to recruit for an experienced Secretary to join their friendly team on a full time basis.
Key Duties include:
- Typing all correspondence and documentation for the department you are assigned to. Screening incoming calls and emails and passing to the appropriate team member
- Responding to emails
- Meeting minutes; attending meeting, type notes and circulate
- Managing the post
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels
- Collation of timesheets
- Filing and office administration as required
- Carrying out weekly stationery and beverage inventory checks, obtaining quotes for stationery supplies and ordering supplies as necessary in accordance with head office parameters
- Posting purchase orders on a weekly basis
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records for Human Resources Department
