I am currently recruiting on behalf a National painting and decorating business who specialise within housing, social housing, general maintenance and void property works within construction. With a huge and expanding turnover, my client offers stability and looking to continue to build. They now require a resident liaison officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This would be based covering sites in Richmond, Greater London and surrounding areas.
Your main day to day duties will include:
- Delivery of pre-work notifications.
- Discuss colour choices.
- Manage appointments.
- Manage residents expectations.
- Delivery of successful customer surveys.
- Log and update quality plans.
- Arrange and attend open days.
- Show strong communication skills throughout.
Key Experience and Requirements:
You must have previous experience within a similar role, have excellent communication skills and be highly organised. You must be confident in attending meetings with residents and have a strong will to get issues resolved as quickly as possible. Must be proactive, have good IT skills, and must be enthusiastic and show a high level of professionalism within this role. They are looking for somebody with a good telephone manner who is excellent with their time keeping throughout.
