Job Description
Resident Liaison Officer Required. One of our long standing clients based near Hungerford have an immediate role on for an RLO to cover the Hampshire and Berkshire regions.
Role includes:
- Engaged with and supported residents, fostering positive client relationships while providing liaison services across Hampshire and Winchester.
- Notified residents about upcoming works to maintain up-to-date trackers and records.
- Ensuring optimised service delivery and addressing common concerns by gathering feedback via pre-condition and satisfaction surveys.
- Designed and implemented list of outstanding works, aiding to timely completion of all work activities upon construction project completion.
- Liaising with all end users.
- Liaising with tenants and arranging follow up meetings.
- Cementing a solid rapport with residents by promptly and professionally resolving issues and complaints, acting as primary point of contact.
