Job Description

Resident Liaison Officer Required. A national Planned and Reactive Maintenance contractor are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join their Cumbria Branch. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive, community-focused team where you will receive full support from their operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers, staff and clients.
  • Deliver pre-work notifications and manage appointments.
  • Handle customer complaints and issue resolution.
  • Conduct customer surveys (door-to-door and phone).
  • Assist with project administration and quality plans.
  • Scheduling of works.
  • Drive team to successfully deliver agreed KPI’s.
  • Liaison with full team regarding reactive works.
  • Support community projects as needed.
  • Update client portal.

 

Requirements:
  • 1+ year in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer care, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
  • Full UK driver’s license.
