Job Description
New company to the south coast, looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the team. This is a new company, with a new office with new sites!
Responsibilities:
- responsible for the management of all costs for the contractor.
- negotiating with sub-contractors, responsible for setting site budgets.
- keeping records throughout the course of the project.
- Measurement, valuation, payment and final account of subcontractors works.
- Pre and post contract.
- Completing accurate financial reports.
