Job Description
An exciting permanent Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity has come to fruition with a respected high end contractor based on the border of Hampshire/Surrey.
My client has an excellent reputation in high-end heritage works across the south and south east. A large majority of their projects are constructing Design & Build regal residences, listed builds, churches/cathedrals and museums.
The role will give you the opportunity to grow within the company and be involved in some interesting and diverse projects. You will need to have a good degree of knowledge with high volume of variations including ideally having worked within high-end quality construction.
Typically you will be commercially capable of running two projects normally between £1m to £5m, dealing with traditional JCT contracts so an appreciation of cost and value would be useful with some D&B knowledge.
