Job Description

Office Manager
£23,000 – £25,000

FBR Recruitment have a great opportunity for an Office Manager to join an exciting and growing company based in Eastleigh. The role would be perfect for someone who has experience as a senior administrator or PA background.

The job role is varied and will suit someone who is happy to get involved in all areas of the business as and when required.

The working hours are 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administration tasks as required
  • Organisation of incoming post, scanning and uploading to system.
  • Contacting certain suppliers and companies as required
  • Make accommodation reservations on behalf of Contracts Managers and site-based employees
  • Booking and organisation of meetings for senior management
  • Processing and management of employee data
  • Creation of formal letters
  • Management of a small amount of mailboxes

Skills, attributes and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar role, including PA roles
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • SAGE experience would be an advantage but not absolutely necessary.
