Job Description
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team in Verwood.
They require a bright, enthusiastic person to join their small and friendly team to handle telephone calls and provide administrative support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all about how they work and to develop your career with them.
Working hours are Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- General Admin
- Dealing with deliveries that come into the building, taking a log of these and notifying the relevant staff.
- O&M Maintenance manuals
- Job cards: Checking hours completed by operative’s match and then this is processed through for their wages to be paid by our accounts
- Fleet vehicles: daily maintenance (MOT, Tax), fleet insurance, trackers.
- Building/Construction experience preferable, but training will be provided on our computer system we use.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A background in the construction industry services would be an advantage
