Job Description

New Homes Sales Negotiator Required. I am currently recruiting on behalf of an independently owned medium sized housing developer, who are based within Hampshire. They have a healthy land bank with prospect sites in planning ready to start across this year and 2025. They are a company in growth with a great reputation, who are looking to double in build size over the next few years. They now seek a new homes sales negotiator to join the business on a full time basis. They build across Hampshire and Dorset regions so it will be based on a site within these areas. Salary negotiable between £24k-£26k p/a DOE + commission on new homes sales. This is to start asap.

You will be employed on a permanent basis as a new homes sales negotiator working Thursday to Monday 10am – 5pm 32 hours per week with some weekend work needed.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Selling their customers their dream homes.
  • Knowing the specs on the homes.
  • Knowing the build types and site layouts.
  • Working closely with the site teams.
  • New home demo tours.
  • Knowing the local market with competition.
  • Morning meetings with the site teams.
  • Accompanying customers on viewings.
  • Giving customers an overall excellent experience and service.
Requirements:

You must have previous experience in a similar role within new homes sales or with an estate agent, you must be proactive, hardworking, have excellent communication skills, high level of customer service, professional, punctual and being the face of the company when selling houses being reliable and knowledgeable. You must demonstrate a high level of sales experience with a positive attitude who strives to want to hit targets. Ideally somebody who is motivated by personal achievements, targets, rewards and incentives.
