Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a well-established company based in Lymington.

Your main responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and advice to customers via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails responding to all enquiries and any orders.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Resolving basic customer enquires with generic responses
  • Outbound daily call schedule maximising every order
  • Additional office administration

About you:

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of word and excel.
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to organise and manage own workload
  • Work well under pressure, remaining calm and professional.
