Job Description

Construction Manager Required. My client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a project for 6 months in the Surrey area. Must have strong leadership skills and a strong knowledge of steel frame commercial buildings.

You will be overseeing 2 site managers who will drive the below packages:

  • Lifts.
  • MEP.
  • Doors.
  • Facades.
  • Internal Stair Core Finishes.
  • Full Civils Package.

Would need to be able to push the project forward and report to the Senior Project Manager.
