Job Description
Our client is one of the UK’s largest painting and property building maintenance contractors in the UK.
With growth and progression, an exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Building Maintenance Contracts Manager to cover Camden and the surrounding areas.
Being a family owned and operated Group, responsible and fair working practices are ingrained in the culture of their business and they strive to be a best practice employer. You will be required to work closely with the Divisional manager and will be responsible for the minor works pre-pricing, planning, programming, Health and Safety, Compliance, delivery, success and finances on all the projects you oversee or manage.
To be considered for the role, you should currently be in a similar role elsewhere with experience of minor building works contracts.
It is essential you have knowledge of MS packages such as Excel & Word and be up to date within building regulations; man management skills are vital.
