Job Description

Branch Administrator – Part-time – Southampton

Part Time – 25 Hours Per Week would suit school hours

I am currently recruiting for a company based in Central Southampton, they are looking for a part-time administrator to co-ordinate the day to day operations of the office and ensure the smooth running of all functions.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Administrator

  • Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
