FBR is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager. Our client is a specialist retirement developer building a new block of apartments. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Site Manager to organise trades, ensuring H&S standards are maintained while continuing to drive the construction programme is adhered to.
Previous experience working on residential projects, ideally flats or student accommodation, would be ideal for this role. Candidates will need to be proactive, possess strong communication skills, have a desire to delivery a high quality product and take pride in building new homes for people.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid are required for this position.
