Since securing a number of key interior fit-out projects throughout this year, my client has decided to take on an Assistant / Project Manager.
The role will involve taking ownership of one of their key accounts working alongside one of their contract managers, carrying out various tasks including coordinating with various sites assuring they have the materials on site, placing sub-contractors orders, collating relevant Health and Safety files, costing minor projects to a clients specification and basically working within the budget given on each individual project.
Ideally, you will need to demonstrate some knowledge in fast-track retail fit outs or similar and be a solid team player. In return you will receive a competitive salary, mileage allowance coupled with the support of a friendly team around you.
