Job Description

FBR Construction Recruitment are excited to be recruiting an experienced Quality Control Manager for a new build residential developer.

This role will involve going to multiple sites and ensuring that homes are being constructed to specification and to the standard required, primarily at first fix.  Working closely with both the build and customer care teams the Quality Control Manager will ensure that the standard of homes produced is exceptional and reflective of the company’s reputation.

This role requires someone from a build background that has experience dealing with homeowners, can identify potential issues at an early stage and ensure they are set right before 2nd fix.

Applicants will need to have previously worked on new build housing, ideally bespoke or high-end properties, have valid CSCS card and possess strong interpersonal skills.
